Golfers at Flagg Creek Golf Course will have three new carts to use on the nine-hole course.
Countryside City Council will offset the $25,035 cost by trading in three 2014 EZGO golf carts. The council unanimously approved the purchase at its April 22 meeting.
The council also approved replacing a 2020 ranger cart with a new one for a net cost of $8,746.
To maintain the course, the council approved spending $43,753 for a Toro ProCore 648 Aerifier.
An aerifier, or aerator, is a tool that creates small holes in the ground to allow air, water, and nutrients to reach grass roots. Aeration is typically done in the fall.
