Joshua Abercrombie, 21, of the first block of Country Lane, Orland Park, was arrested May 4 on extraditable warrants from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office for felony battery, sexual battery and kidnapping, police said.
He was also charged with being a fugitive from justice, police said.
Five officers converged on the home around 7:20 a.m. and were met by his father who gave police permission to enter the home and make the arrest, police said.
Police said Abercrombie was also charged with tampering with a witness and tampering with physical evidence.
