An employee was arrested after he punched his boss in the face while they were discussing his productivity, police said.
Richard Hillger, 67, of the first block of Shabona Drive in Park Forest, was charged with battery April 29 for pushing his boss into a wall and punching him in the face during an argument at the business, police said.
The victim confronted Hillger regarding his productivity and Hillger apparently took offense and struck his boss, police said. Police said another employee corroborated the victim’s account of what happened.
Police said they noticed red marks on the victim’s face. The victim signed complaints for battery but did not want the employee arrested.
