Rimon Rezkallah Rezko, a devoted family man known for his quick wit and genuine interest in those around him, died Sunday, May 10, 2026, after a short battle with cancer. He was 68.
He is survived by his wife, Wardana “Rose” Korkis; his daughter, Brooke Ghadir; his son, Richard Razzouk Rezko; four grandchildren; and numerous siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rezkallah and Chamsa “Marra” Rezko, and his siblings, Pierre, George, and Georgette.
A funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 15, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Lebanon Church, 950 N. Grace St., Lombard, Illinois. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday, May 14, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Highway, Palos Hills.
