A 37-year-old Chicago woman wanted on nine warrants for retail theft was charged with obstructing identification April 22 for refusing to provide her name to police after she was stopped for having a burned out taillight near 135th Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.

Racquel McCain, 37, of the 1100 block of 90th Street in Chicago, initially gave police a bogus name and could not provide a matching date of birth.

Police searching the vehicle found a small amount of cannabis inside a sunglass holder and two open bottles of tequila.

Jarrell Robinson, 36, of the 7600 block of South Dante Avenue in Chicago, was sleeping in the backseat.  Police said Robinson was wanted on a warrant for shoplifting in Schaumburg.
