Getting arrested is bad enough, but to get arrested in front of your two young children is reprehensible.
But that didn’t stop Alize Christian who police said stole 14 fragrance and cosmetics items from the Sephora store in the Orland Square Mall on April 20.
Christian, of the 7600 block of South Essex Avenue, Chicago, exited the store with the items in her purse and her two young children in tow but was stopped near the second-floor escalator, police said.
Police said Christian’s two young children were crying when police arrested their mom.
Chriistian was wanted on a warrant for shoplifting out of Kenosha, Wis., police said.
The children were turned over to Christian’s fiance.
