A light show featuring 1,200 synchronized drones will illuminate the sky above SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview on July 24 and 25, recreating scenes and characters from the Harry Potter film series.
The “Harry Potter: DroneArt Show” will run for 60 minutes starting at 9:15 p.m. each night, with doors opening at 7:15 p.m. for pre-show activities. The drones will move in formation to the film’s soundtrack and dialogue, creating 3D aerial images of characters, locations and moments from all eight movies.
The production is part of a broader touring show celebrating the 25-year legacy of the Harry Potter film franchise.
Beyond the drones, the experience includes a live electric violinist performing alongside the aerial display. Each attendee receives an LED wristband that syncs with the drone movements, turning the audience into part of the show.
The venue will offer Harry Potter-themed food and drinks, including Butterbeer, and sell merchandise like wands and scarves.
Tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever App or the official website; they are not sold at the gate. General sales begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29.
SeatGeek Stadium is an open-air venue. Guests should bring layers for nighttime temperatures. High heels are prohibited on the field; comfortable flat shoes are required.
