George Sepsis, 43, of the 5900 block of Lake Bluff Drive in Tinley Park, was arrested April 5 on warrants for suspended registration and no insurance, as well as failure to appear in court on a charge of fleeing and eluding, police said.
Police ran his license plate while his car was parked outside a gas station in the 7600 block of West 159th Street.
