Teresa Gonzalez-Cruz, 22, of the 9700 block of Ravinia Court in Orland Park, was charged April 8 with driving without insurance after she was involved in an accident in the parking lot of a store in the 15000 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
Police said she had an active warrant for failure to appear in court for a DUI charge.
