Isam Aloran, 61, of the 8600 block of West 151st Street in Orland Park, was charged April 8 with disorderly conduct after police said he became angry over an expired coupon and an employee he believed had wronged him previously.
Police said Aloran became upset when he saw an employee in the back making his food again and laughing. He believed the woman was laughing at him because she had “made his food wrong and was rude” to him during a previous visit to the Panera Bread restaurant.
Aloran started throwing food around the restaurant and yelled at the employee “I will blow up on you,” police said.
Police said he eventually ate his food.
Aloran was cited for disorderly conduct and given a lifetime ban from Panera Bread, police said.
