Darlene G. Fox died April 17, 2026, surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Fox; three children: Griffin Lawler, Colby Fox and Kendall Kempen; eight grandchildren: Dempsey, Braddock, Healy, Scarlet, Colby Jr., Abigail, Teagan and Mac; three siblings: Henry Vogel, Joyce Scher and Judy Larson; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Evelyn Vogel, and her sister, Beverly Ramirez.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 20, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave., Chicago.
Additional visitation will be held Tuesday, April 21, from 8:30 a.m. until prayers begin at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, April 21, at 11 a.m. at St. John of the Cross Church.
A procession will follow from the funeral home to the church.
