Barbara Ann Weeks died unexpectedly March 19, 2026.
She was the daughter of Patricia and Walter Weeks.
Weeks was the life partner of John Vanko.
Survivors include partner John Vanko; aunt Marlene; and cousins Kelly and Ed.
Weeks was a nurse at MacNeal Hospital for more than 20 years, where she was known for her compassion, empathy and genuine care for others.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 26, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave., Summit.
A Service in Celebration of Barbara Ann’s life will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
