Malgorzata Hodorowicz, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, at the age of 50. Born on October 15, 1975, she was the cherished daughter of Janina and Jan Bartoszek.
Malgorzata’s loving legacy is carried forward by her devoted husband, Marian, and her children: Bogdan and his wife Magdalena, Marta, and Marcin Hodorowicz. She was a devoted grandmother to Sebastian and Natalia Hodorowicz, whom she loved dearly and delighted in nurturing.
She is fondly remembered as a sister to Grazyna (Stanislaw Szuba), Krzysztof (Malgorzata Bartoszek), and Jan (Anna Bartoszek). Her strength, guidance, and warmth were a source of inspiration to her family and will be deeply missed.
Malgorzata’s generosity extended beyond her immediate family, touching the lives of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who found in her a confidante and unwavering support. Her life was a testament to love, kindness, and the importance of family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, with prayers at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a procession to Saint Mary of Czestochowa Church, 3101 S. 48th Court, Cicero, Illinois, for a 10:00 a.m. Mass.
Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, Illinois.
