A Matteson man was placed in custody after he was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be wanted for burglary, police said.
Adam Sandifer, 39, of the 3700 block of West 215th Street, was stopped for a registration violation at 8:30 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 6600 block of College Drive, police said.
A check of his driver’s Illinois driver’s license revealed he was wanted on a warrant for burglary out of Addison. He was later picked up by the Addison Police.
