On July 14, Mark Williams, 58, of Chicago, was stopped for speeding and found to have a driver’s license expired since 2022. He was issued citations for both offenses and released on a notice-to-appear.
On August 22, Briana Brown, 31, of Chicago, was stopped for having only one license plate on the vehicle and having a suspended driver’s license. She was issued citations and released on a notice-to-appear.
On August 23, Anderson Manuel Tovar-Aular, 36, of Harvey, was stopped for not wearing a seat belt and found to not have a valid driver’s license. He was arrested, processed to confirm his identity, and issued citations for no valid driver’s license, no insurance, no seat belt, and expired registration. He was released on a notice-to-appear.
On August 24, Paulena Allen, 30, of Beecher, was stopped due to her license plates being suspended. She was issued citations for the suspended registration and for no insurance, then released on a notice-to-appear.
