Latin music stars fuel interest in Chicago Truck Invasion as it rolls into Bridgeview 

Three of Latin music’s biggest stars will take the stage amid the roar of engines and the smell of burning rubber Saturday, September 20, as SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview plays host to the Chicago Truck Invasion.

Billed as the “Ultimate Truck Extravaganza,” the event runs from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and features a captivating concert with performances by Latin recording artists Panter Belico, Darey and Victor Mendivil. 

Panter Bélico is one of the new promises of Mexican regional music, known for his bellicose style and lyrics that connect with the reality of the street and everyday life. With a powerful and authentic voice, he has quickly gained popularity on digital platforms and stages across the country. His musical proposal mixes tumbled corridos with traditional sounds, consolidating him as a key figure in the movement.

Darey is a Mexican banda and corridos tumbados singer from Sinaloa. He is the lead singer and accordionist of the band Dareyes de la Sierra. He released the album “Redención” in 2025, which was well-received and debuted high on Spotify’s global chart.   He recently completed his first U.S. tour and continues to be a prominent figure in Mexican music. 

Mexican MC Víctor Mendivil took the urban scene by storm in 2024, with appearances on multiple hit singles by popular corridos tumbados artists.  First featured on “Hong Kong,” Oscar Maydon track released on Rancho Humilde in November 2023, Mendivil immediately attracted attention with his flow and bragging rhymes.

Mark your calendars Chicagoland for September 20 as the Chicago Truck Invasion rolls into SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview for an adrenaline-fueled day of custom trucks, thrilling burnouts, food vendors and live music.

This promises to be a day full of entertainment for truck enthusiasts and music lovers alike.  Hundreds of tricked-out and custom trucks will be on display as will a variety of stalls and booths offering food, merchandise and more.
