Three people face charges in unrelated DUI arrests earlier this month, according to Orland Park police reports.

Elizabeth N. Naegle, 32, of the 8800 block of Chadbourn Drive in Orland Park, was arrested July 3 on 147th Street and charged with driving under the influence and illegal transportation of alcohol. Officers responding to a traffic crash said Naegle had slurred speech and delayed responses. Police said they found an open can labeled “cocktail” containing a red/purple liquid inside her vehicle. She told officers she had consumed “a couple of drinks” but declined to provide details, according to the report. Police said she refused field sobriety tests. At the station, she complained of pain and requested medical attention. A court date was set for July 16 at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Marco A. Chilaca Ozorio, 20, of Summit, was arrested July 3 at 159th Street and Wolf Road after police found him unconscious behind the wheel of a stopped vehicle, authorities said. Officers said his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, and his breath smelled of alcohol. Chilaca Ozorio reportedly admitted to drinking two beers and failed field sobriety tests. He was charged with DUI and three additional offenses. He is due in court Aug. 14 in Bridgeview.

Darius M. Ballinger, 30, of Monee, was arrested July 9 on DUI and traffic charges after officers found a vehicle with a flat tire on La Grange Road near 146th Street. According to the police report, Ballinger had slurred speech and struggled to answer questions clearly. He told officers he had one shot of alcohol several hours earlier. After failing sobriety tests, he was taken into custody. A court date is scheduled for Aug. 27 at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
