Debra L. Barzyk (née Creighton), of Summit, Illinois, passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 67.
She was the beloved wife of Daniel Barzyk and the loving mother of Zackary (Victoria) Putman. Debra was the cherished daughter of Helen and the late John Creighton, and the fond sister of John Creighton and Donna Creighton. She will also be missed by her beloved cat, Kaylee.
Visitation was held Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home in Summit. Additional visitation took place Friday morning, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 10 a.m. Debra was laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Debra’s memory were appreciated to Wags 2 Wishes animal rescue.
