Theresa L. Koehn, 88, of Manteno and formerly of Peotone, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025, at her residence.
Born on September 4, 1936, in Green Garden Township, she was the daughter of George and Bessie (Whitlow) Burger.
She married Warren W. Koehn on February 18, 1955, at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Peotone. Theresa was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ and the Peotone Women’s American Legion Auxiliary.
Theresa is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Warren W. Koehn; daughter, Debbie; son Douglas; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Duane.
Funeral services were held on May 1, at Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home, with Rev. Terry Krouskoupf officiating. Interment was at Peotone Cemetery.
