Henry Targosz, a resident of Palos Hills, Illinois, passed away on March 25, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of the late Virginia J. Targosz (née Nausiedas) and a devoted father to Andrew (Nancy), Steve (Tricia), and Larry Targosz, as well as Judy (Michael) Schechter and Joyce (Douglas) Shindollar. He was a cherished grandfather of eight and a proud great-grandfather of one.
Henry was a dear brother to Fred (the late Lorraine) Targosz and the late Rose (the late William) Lee. He was also a fond uncle and a friend to many.
Family and friends gathered for visitation on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Palos Hills. He was laid to rest at St. Casimir Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Saint Rita of Cascia High School, 7740 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL 60620, were appreciated.
