Aelicia A. Booker, 32, of the 9300 block of South Lyon Avenue, was arrested by the CPD fugitive apprehension team at 11:18 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 2400 block of West 63rd Street.
She was charged with arson and criminal damage to property related to a Dec. 3 incident.
Police said Booker was identified as the suspect who allegedly threw a brick at a vehicle and set it on fire at a separate location.
