Tuesday, December 2, started off rough for the Lady Blue Devils, as they faced the Manteno Panthers in conference competition on the road. It seemed they couldn’t even buy a basket in the first quarter, and the Panthers led 12-0 at the end of the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Lady Blue Devils fought back outscoring the Panthers 12-9. The second half was more of a battle, but the Panthers took the half 25-19 and the win, 46-31.
Peotone was led by Mallory Schroeder with 10 points and Addison Brandau with 4. Manteno was led by Lila Prindeville with 12 points and Alyssa Singleton with 10.
