On November 17, officers cited Devante Randle, 24, of Kankakee, after conducting a traffic stop in the area of Rt. 52 and White Feather. Officers also located raw cannabis near Randle. Randle was cited for driving while license suspended, possession of cannabis in motor vehicle by driver, and improper display of registration.
On November 19, officers arrested Darin L. Bracken, 45, of Wilmington, after conducting a traffic stop in the 400 block of West North. During the stop, officers learned Bracken’s license was suspended. Officers cited Bracken for no valid registration, driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and uninsured motor vehicle.
On November 19, officers arrested Turquoise E. Marshbanks, 42, after conducting a traffic stop in the area of Cedar and Manhattan-Monee Roads for a speeding vehicle. During the traffic stop, Marshbanks provided a false insurance card. Marshbanks was cited for suspended registration, expired registration, speeding, uninsured motor vehicle, and false insurance card.
