On July 16, Franklin Strzebonski, 22, of Crete, was stopped for having a suspended registration and found to have a driver’s license that was expired for more than a year. He was issued citations for both violations, given a notice-to-appear, and released.
On August 16, Maria Lomeli, 37, of Beecher, was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and found to have never had a driver’s license. She was issued citations and released with a notice-to-appear.
