In accordance with Illinois State Statue, a notice is to be mailed and published for all parcels in a quadrennial year. A complete list of revised assessments will be available to the public for 30 days after the date of publication at your local township assessor, the Will County Supervisor of Assessments Office, and website: www.willcountysoa.com.
*In some instances, the factor is not applied to all property classes.
Assessment complaints will be accepted by the Will County Board of Review within 30 days after the date of publication in a local designated newspaper for your township.
