On July 22, Jacob Hesse, 27, of Chicago, was issued a citation for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle by a driver, after officers were called to 722 Dixie Highway for a suspicious vehicle. He was issued a notice-to-appear and released.
On July 25, Eddie Brown, 23, of Beecher, was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and found to have an active arrest warrant from Wisconsin. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On July 25, Patrick Westerfield, 41, of Blue Island, was stopped for speeding and issued citations for driving while his license was suspended, no valid registration, and speeding. His passenger on the motorcycle was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were issued a notice-to-appear and released.
On July 28, Terrance Clancy, 25, of Peotone, was stopped for having a suspended registration plate. The license plate came back to another vehicle. He was issued citations for improper use of registration and failure to signal when required. He was issued a notice-to-appear and released.
