Graduations
Eric Morgan graduated from Coe College in Iowa. Morgan, of Monee, was awarded a Bachelor of Arts, in Business Administration and Economics.
The University of Kentucky College of Arts and Sciences, in Lexington, recognized more than 660 candidates for graduation during a commencement ceremony in May. Congratulations to New Lenox residents Daniel Gregory, who was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and William Higgins, who received a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Dean’s List/Prsesident’s List
More than 1,800 undergraduate students qualified for the spring Dean’s List at the University of Kentucky, including: Dayna Tyrakowski of Manhattan; and Patrick Kale, William Higgins, Thomas Belka, and Josephine Bernier, all of New Lenox.
Colby Lopez has been named to Upper Iowa University’s spring Dean’s List.
Illinois Wesleyan University announced its Dean’s List for the spring semester, including: Paige Manning of Crete; and Grace Liszkiewicz, Keira McClelland, Abby Wasowicz, Amanda Yaeger, Nick Tingley, and Carter Kameron, all of New Lenox.
Miami University students ranked in the top three percent of undergraduate students within each division for the spring semester have been named to the President’s list and included Gianna Arizzi and Emily Husa, both of New Lenox.
Miami University students who are ranked in the top 20 percent of undergraduate students within each division for the spring semester have been named to the Dean’s list, including: Gianna Naselli of Manhattan; Macy Sullivan of Monee; and Tara Michalak, Molly Senffner, and Isabel Tuckett, all of New Lenox.
Northern Illinois University announced its spring Dean’s List students. To earn this distinction, students must meet a minimum semester grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology or a minimum of 3.75 on a 4.0 scale in the colleges of Business, Education, Health and Human Sciences, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Visual and Performing Arts.
