Clove Alliance, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope and healing to survivors of sexual violence, launched its new strategic plan recently. The plan sets ambitious goals and outlines strategies to enhance services, strengthen the organization’s workforce, and expand community outreach.

Under the visionary leadership of Executive Director and CEO Tracey Noe Slach, Clove Alliance engaged in an extensive strategic planning process – collaborating with stakeholders, team members, and community partners. The result is a comprehensive roadmap for the next three years that reflects the organization’s dedication to advancing its mission and fostering positive change within the community.

“Our new strategic plan is more than a roadmap; it’s a testament to our commitment to survivors and the community we serve. It reflects our collective vision for a future, where healing and hope are accessible to all,” noted Noe-Slach.

Clove Alliance’s new strategic plan sets out three primary goals.

  • Strengthening workforce and employee retention: Prioritizing the well-being of its dedicated team members by implementing loyalty increases, cultivating a thriving workplace culture, and investing in continuous leadership development.
  • Enhancing community outreach and visibility: Amplifying its presence within the community through strategic partnerships, targeted marketing efforts, and diversified outreach initiatives.
  • Optimizing services for underserved communities: Expanding its services to reach underserved populations, engaging with individuals with disabilities, and fostering strategic collaborations with diverse agencies.

The plan was adopted enthusiastically by Clove Alliance’s Board of Directors, a diverse group of community members who help oversee and advise the organization. The full plan can be viewed at clovealliance.org/strategicplan.
