Join Clove Alliance for the opening night of its fourth annual Brave, Bold, and Believed Art Show, as they celebrate and honor survivors’ journeys, as well as their efforts to end sexual violence.
Opening night will be held on Thursday, April 4, from 4:30 -6:30 p.m., at the Kankakee County Museum. The evening features works submitted by local artists, live music, a children’s art project, and refreshments. The awards ceremony begins at 6 p.m., and admission is free. The exhibition also may be viewed during museum hours from April 5 – May 1.
Students in seventh-12th grades and adult artists are encouraged to create original designs that reflect the themes of empowerment, strength, resilience, and survivorship. Entries must be received by March 21. Please visit clovealliance.org/events to download and review the entry packet. For more information, please email outreach@clovealliance.org.
