For his December local business highlight, State Rep. Tim Ozinga chose to highlight Shark Shredding in Mokena. Rep. Ozinga spent time touring the business and presented the owners with a certificate of appreciation for their contributions to the community.

“I am proud to honor Shark Shredding and Document Management Services, Inc., as my December Local Business Highlight,” said Rep. Ozinga. “I chose Shark Shredding because of their excellent customer service and dedication to our local community.”

Shark Shredding was founded in 2005 by Brian Ciapinski and Jeffrey Dencek and offers business and residential shredding services, hard drive and media destruction, and more.

Rep. Ozinga continued, “One of the many ways Shark Shredding is giving back to our community is through their participation with the Frankfort Township Food Pantry Toy Drive. They currently are hosting a drop-off location in partnership with the Mokena VFW to ensure all children are able to receive toys this holiday season.”

If you are interested in participating in the toy drive, please bring new, unwrapped toys to the Mokena VFW at 19852 Wolf Road.
