Elio Albertini, age 93, peacefully passed away October 25,

Husband of 63 years to Teresa (ne´e Ionni); father to Emilio (Trish), Maria Hill (Reid), Maria Antonietta Albertini (predeceased) and beloved grandfather to Francesca, Alexander, and Theodore. Elio emigrated to the United States in 1957 from Castel di Lama, a municipality within the Province of Ascoli Piceno, Italy. His passions included gardening, cooking, which he did professionally, following Serie A calcio and the Italian National Team. He is also survived by his brother Patrick, many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. His brother Frank is predeceased by ten days.

Visitation was held October 29 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation at funeral home October 30 until time of Prayers. Procession from the funeral home to Two Holy Martyrs Parish, St. Symphorosa Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Elio was laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

Our hearts are broken to announce the passing of Daniel Diaz who passed away October 23.

He was the cherished son of Salomon and Guadalupe Diaz; loving brother of Jesus, Aldo and Melissa Diaz; much loved grandson of Eulalia Piña and the late Jesus Vega, and Juventina and the late Jesus Diaz. Dear Godson of Jose Diaz and Patricia Diaz. Daniel will be missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Daniel was a 2011 graduate of Argo High School.

Visitation was held October 27 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation at the funeral home October 28 until time of Prayers. Procession from the funeral home to St. Joseph Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Daniel was laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery.

Rosa, Angel Rosa, Dwayne Rosa, Alyssa Castillo, Mia Castillo and Christopher J. Castillo; dearest great-grandmother of Amaya, Alana and Abel; cherished daughter of the late Delores (nee McMillin) and the late Duane Bjorklund; fond sister of Carol Bjorklund, Donna Baker, Gail Morales, the late Bruce Bjorklund, Gary (Donna) Bjorklund and Don (Sheri) Bjorklund. Rosemarie Sierra, age 78, of Chicago, Pilsen community, passed away October 25.

She was the beloved daughter of Lucia Gutierrez and the late Raymond Gutierrez; cherished mother of Frank Sierra, Anthony (Norma) Sierra and Kimberly Sierra; much loved grandmother of Melissa, Frank, Mark, Sapphire, Sonya, Carlos, Cris and the late Destiny; great grandmother of Mark and Angela; dear sister of Mary Jane, Raymond, Robert, Richard, Judy and the late Gloria, late Peter, and late Jimmy; loving aunt of many nieces, nephews and cousin and friend to many. Rosemarie will always be “Mother of All”. She touched many lives with her gracious and giving spirit. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed for her unconditional love and caring. May Rosemarie rest in peace in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father.
