Orland Park was the host of a couple of pumpkin parties on Oct. 7 to get residents raring to go for Halloween.

The village held a morning and afternoon session for its Great Pumpkin Party at Centennial Park and activities are geared toward kids 1-9 years old.

A spooky bounce house was a part of Orland Park’s Great Pumpkin Party on Oct. 7 at Centennial Park. 

There was plenty of fun to be had including goodie bags and pie pumpkins, pony rides, marshmallow toasting, hayrides, a petting zoo, a prize corral, the Great Pumpkin Smash, games/prizes, inflatables, a DJ, a candy guess contest and a pumpkin weight guess contest.

A few contestants get ready for the costume contests at the Great Pumpkin Party in Orland Park. 

Other attractions included a maze, barrel train car rides, costume contests and photo opportunities.
