The Rotary Club of Bradley-Bourbonnais is hosting a FlannelFest fundraiser on October 7, at Splitting Targets on West Avenue in Kankakee. Along with throwing axes, participants will receive one free drink from the bar, as well as being able to sample all the chili at the local Fire Departments Chili Cook-off.
