Dean’s/President’s List
Ryan Marsh, of Monee – Green Garden Township and a member of the Peotone Class of 2022, is attending the University of Illinois in Champaign – Urbana and made the Dean’s List for the past school year. Ryan also has been nominated and selected to be in the Molecular Cellular Biology Honors Program – one of only 25 students – which will provide research and faculty mentorship opportunities, as well as honors level classes. This summer Ryan volunteered with a hospice organization and has shadowed a pulmonary physician. He will resume volunteer duties at Carle Hospital in Champaign this fall.
Ronald Branch, of Monee, was named to the President’s List for the summer semester at Georgia State University in Atlanta.
Graduations
Northern Illinois University recognized 540 students who received degrees at the end of the summer semester in August, including: Robert Piarowski, from Manhattan, who was awarded a Master of Accounting Science, Accountancy; and DaShae Rodriguez-Harris, of Monee, who received a Doctor of Philosophy, Psychology.
