Derek and Michelle Hincks are on a roll with their Crumbl Cookie business.

The couple opened their third cookie store on Friday in Homewood.

They opened their third location at 17751 S. Halsted St. in the Park Place Plaza. They already owned locations in Dyer, Ind., which opened in northwest Indiana in 2022, and in Tinley Park, which opened in January.

The build-out in Homewood took about nine weeks to complete.

The couple are not done, either, and are looking to open a fourth store sometime next year.

“My wife and I are excited to be able to bring a fun and uplifting environment that serves the best cookies in the world!” Derek said.

The grand opening week menu will consist of six of the 200+ weekly rotating flavors, including Crumbl’s award-winning Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk. For future weekly lineups, don’t miss the weekly flavor drops posted every Sunday night on all of Crumbl’s social media accounts.

Customers can order in person during the first five business days of the grand opening. Starting Wednesday, September 13, delivery, curbside pickup, catering, and nationwide shipping will be available via the Crumbl App or online at crumblcookies.com. Customers can also enjoy a new feature on the Crumbl App called the Cookie Journal, where they can rate and track cookies, share their tasty takes with other Crumbl reviewers, and earn Badges.

The Homewood store will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to noon on Fridays and Saturdays.
