The manufactured home communities of Golf Vista Estates in Monee, Gateway in Frankfort, Oak Ridge in Manteno, and Pheasant Lakes Estates in Beecher will host a fundraiser for their state organization – Mobile Home Owners Association of Illinois.
The golf outing will be held on Friday, September 8, at Deer Creek Golf Club, with a tee time of 9 a.m. There will be closest-to-pin contests on all par 3’s (entry fee is $12/person). There also will be a long-putt contest, with the winner receiving a twosome golf package. The top two teams (low score) win golf packages, with the rest of the prizes awarded by random drawings.
The $80 fee includes cost of golf and cart, lunch (hot dog, chips, and fountain soda or beer), and dinner catered by Scrementi’s. Dinner only is $25. There will be a split-the-pot raffle drawing after dinner, around 3 p.m. There also will be additional raffle prizes donated by merchants.
