Brittany Williams, 25, of Bourbonnais, was arrested on April 30, at 9:40 p.m., for driving while license is suspended, no insurance, driving while registration is suspended, and expired plates. Williams was released pending a court appearance.
Peotone Police arrested Cortez Blevins Jr., 23, of Chicago Heights, on May 3 for the April 20 theft to Peotone Tobacco and Liquor. Blevins was taken into custody and transported to the Will County Adult Detention to await a court appearance.
Police received a report about a stolen 2018 Kia Soul on May 5, at 4:06 a.m., from the 900 block of Bonnie Lane. Police would like to remind residents to keep their vehicles locked and remove all valuables. This incident is still under investigation.
