Marco Spinazzola won State Champion in Wrestling in class 1A. Marco defeated Luke Christie of Bishop Mac in the ultimate tie break 2-1 with one second left. Marco displayed great focus and discipline throughout the tournament and represented the community of Peotone with nothing but excellence. The wrestling program is bringing home a Peotone State Champ!
Kiernan Farmer has made history as the first girls state medalist in PHS history! She battled all tournament. Though not the results she was looking for, it should be used as motivation in the off season to get better and come back next year and move up the podium.
