Charlotte M. Chmelovsky, age 94, of Chicago, West Elsdon community, passed away February 1.

She was the beloved wife of the late Stephan; cherished mother of Gloria (George) Radcliffe, Amber (late Dave) Thiel, Naomi (Lewis) Thompson, Steve (Maria) Chmelovsky and Robert (Carey) Chmelovsky; loving grandmother and great grandmother of many. Charlotte will be dearly missed by her nephews, Ron, his wife Penny Oleksy and Dennis Kolosowski, and her many friends and neighbors.

Visitation was held February 8 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation at the funeral home February 8 until time of prayers. Procession from the funeral home to St. Richard Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Charlotte was laid to rest next to her husband at Resurrection Cemetery.

Patricia A. Craft (nee Korbel), age 65, for Naperville, passed away at her Arizona home January 27.

Daughter of the late Clifford and Eva Sue Korbel; she is survived by two dearly loved children; Jillian Craft and Jessica Craft, two adored grandchildren Leanna Craft and Jaxon Martin, three dear sisters and a brother, Deborah Bennett, Diane Baker, Kimberly Anthony, Jeffery Korbel, and many beloved nephews, and nieces.

Visitation was held February 13 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation February 14 at the funeral home until time of Prayers. Procession from the funeral home to St. Blasé Church for Mass. Entombment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Garden Mausoleum. Gladys Lopez, age 67, of Chicago, Clearing community, passed away peacefully February 3 at home with her loving family at her side.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Concepcion and the late Felicita Lopez; cherished sister of Pablo (late Anna) Lopez, the late Lydia (Raul) Mendez, Jose Antonio Lopez, Concepcion (Mina) Lopez, German Lopez and Nelida Finch. Gladys will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. She was a longtime clerk for the Circuit Court of Cook County Courts Adult Probation Department.

Visitation was held February 7 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation at the funeral home February 8 until time of celebration of life service. Procession from the funeral home to St. Mary Cemetery where Gladys was laid to rest.

He was an Army veteran.

He was the cherished brother of Therese (Steve Waller), Joseph (Madeleine) and the late David; loving grand uncle of David, Oliver, and Rose Mahoney; beloved son of the late David and Theresa nee Morrissey.

A 1968 graduate of Brother Rice High School, Kevin went on to earn a bachelor’s in accounting from St. Joseph’s College (Rensselaer, Ind.), as well as a master’s degree from NIU and DePaul University.

As a licensed CPA license, he worked independently for several years before joining the Internal Revenue Service.

Kevin was an avid reader and historian. He enjoyed draft beer and was a well-liked, respected patron at South Side pubs.

Most importantly, he was a devout Catholic, daily communicant and former member of the choir at Most Holy Redeemer Parish in Evergreen Park.

Visitation will be Thursday 3-8 p.m. Funeral will be Friday 10:15 a.m. from Kosary Funeral Home, 9837 S. Kedzie Ave., to Most Holy Redeemer Church. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Barbara Malesich, age 79, of Tinley Park, passed away February 2.

Loving mother of Angela Urbancik, Joseph (Jackie) Malesich; proud grandmother of Joey Malesich, Brandon Urbancik, Alyssa Malesich, Julia Urbancik, Ryan Malesich, the late Tyler Urbancik, Jillian Urbancik and Dylan Malesich; beloved daughter of the late Edward and late Rose Novak Baranowski; dear sister of John (Sharon) Baranowski and sister of Carol (Larry) Roeske and aunt to many. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her many cousins, friends and neighbors.

Beloved wife of the late Julius Morajda; loving mother of Debra (James) Wojtak, Diane (Randall) Dunne and Patricia (Joseph) Jevorutsky; dearest grandmother of Craig (Clare) Wojtak, Nicholas Jevorutsky and Jacquelyn (Joseph) Pollien; cherished  great grandmother of Henry and Mila Jevorutsky and Elliott Wojtak; devoted daughter of the late Lawrence Kristufek and late Elizabeth (nee Zima); step daughter of the late Mildred Kristufek; dear sister of Rose Anne (late Louis) Gruca, late Robert (Helen) Kristufek and late Edwin (Josephine) Kristufek; aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Jr. (Linda) Moranz and Susan (Bruce) Ivkovich; devoted grandmother of Lee Meredith (Mike) Murphy, Lauren Moranz, Kenneth Raymond (Ashley) Moranz, Lisa Marie Alghini, Richard (Dana) Alghini and Jon Bryce (Izabella) Ivkovich; cherished great grandmother of Brooke, Quinn, Easton, Avery, Mariano, Dominic, Richard, Aria and Valor; dear aunt of Georgia (James) Johnson, Liannea, Kristen and Clause; proud “mama” to Mittens and Pepper.
