Amalie Jaramillo, 95, died Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
She was born in Czechoslovakia and immigrated to the United States in 1957 from Germany with her husband Mike J. Jaramillo and son Henry J. Jaramillo.
Jaramillo was preceded in death by her husband Mike J. Jaramillo and son Henry J. Jaramillo.
Survivors include daughter-in-law Claudia Jaramillo; grandchildren Kevin (Connie) Jaramillo, Cheryl (Jeff) Novak-DeBauche and Holly Jaramillo (Josh Bowen); great-grandchildren Ben Jaramillo, Sarah Jaramillo, Melanie Jaramillo, Jeffery DeBauche Jr., Catelyn Novak, Alexia DeBauche, Cassandra Bowen, Christopher Novak Jr., Matthew DeBauche and Joshua Bowen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jaramillo worked for many years as a furniture seamstress.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 16, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave., Summit.
Visitation will continue Tuesday from 9 a.m. until Celebration of Life Service at 10 a.m., followed by procession to Resurrection Cemetery, where Ms. Jaramillo will be buried beside her husband Mike.
