Illegal window tint
On December 22, Tara Stacy, 38, of Grant Park, was stopped for illegal window tint on a motor vehicle. Upon running a check, it was learned she had a suspended driver’s license. She was issued citations and released on a notice-to-appear.
No front plate
On December 26, Marcell Cornell, 31, of Urbana, was stopped for having no front license plate displayed on his vehicle. Upon running a check, it was learned he also had a valid arrest warrant. He was arrested, processed, and transferred to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
