On November 26, Madeline Lopez, 30, of Chicago, was stopped for improper display of registration and found to have a revoked driver’s license. Lopez also was wanted on a failure-to-appear warrant for traffic charges. She was issued citations for having a revoked driver’s license, no insurance, and expired registration. She posted bond on the warrant and was issued a notice-to-appear on the Beecher charges and was released.
