Age 50, passed away on November 20, 2025.
Krzysztof was the cherished son of Stanislawa (nee Duda) and Henryk Dziedzina. He was the loving brother of Marek (Katarzyna) Dziedzina, Ireneusz (Beata) Dziedzina, and Agnieszka (Darek) Ciezkowski. He was a dear uncle to Jakub Dziedzina, Emilia Dziedzina, Anna Dziedzina, David Dziedzina, Anna Dziedzina, Gabrysia Ciezkowska, and Bartlomiej Ciezkowski. He is also remembered with sorrow by his aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois. A funeral service will take place the same day at 4:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Poland.
