Margarita Cervantes, a devoted mother, grandmother and cherished member of her family, died at home Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
She was the beloved wife of the late Santiago Perez. She was the loving mother of Erendira Contreras and Miguel (Rosa) Contreras, and the cherished grandmother of Alejandro, Adrian, Ximena, Isaac, Emiliano, Santiago, Nicolas and Victoria. She was the dear sister of Jesus, Jose, Mercedes, Maria Del Refugio, Antonio, Tereza and Victor, and she will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2025, at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. Visitation will continue Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until prayers at 9:30 a.m., followed by a procession to Resurrection Cemetery for interment.
