On November 5, Alphonso Stewart, 34, of Lynwood, was stopped for having no taillights activated and found to have a suspended driver’s license, plus an arrest warrant from Kankakee County for failure-to-appear on a traffic case. He was issued citations for improper lighting and driving while suspended and given a notice-to-appear. He posted bond on the Kankakee warrant and was released.
