Joey’s Red Hots, the popular Chicago-style eatery, has opened its seventh location at 7920 Lavergne Ave. in Burbank, bringing its well-loved menu of hot dogs, Italian beef, gyros and fresh-cut fries to a new neighborhood.
An official grand opening celebration took place on Tuesday, July 29, according to owner Anthony Nardo.
“This was an opportunity that came about, and I couldn’t pass it up,” said Nardo, of New Lenox. “I love the location. Midway Airport is only five minutes away. It’s very busy and a great community.”
Nardo launched Joey’s Red Hots as a single location in Orland Park and has grown the brand into a local success story, with seven locations now operating across the Chicagoland area. Other locations are in Justice, Crest Hill, New Lenox, Riverdale, and Chicago.
The Burbank location, situated just off 79th Street, represents the company’s latest step in its steady expansion.
Joey’s Red Hots has grown steadily since its inception, transforming from a small shop into a thriving local chain. Nardo credits the company’s success to its focus on quality food, friendly service, and strong community ties.
“We’ve been looking forward to joining the Burbank and surrounding communities,” the company said in a Facebook statement. “We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and everyone’s continued support.”
