Overview:
The Beecher and Monee Police Blotter contains charges for equipment and registration violations, non-valid and suspended licences, and improper lighting.

BEECHER
On April 28, Fernando Davila, 37, of Hanover Park, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Davila was in unlawful possession of cannabis and was charged accordingly for the noted violations. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On April 29, Justin Wilhelm, 31, of Beecher, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined Wilhelm had a revoked driver’s license and was charged accordingly for the noted violations. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On April 30, Robert Barham, 78, of Griffith, Indiana, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined Barham had no valid driver’s license and was charged accordingly for the noted violations. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On May 2, Herman Vargas Baruch, 35, of Villa Park, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined Baruch was in possession of altered registration. Baruch was charged accordingly for the noted violation, and a pre-trial release notification was provided.
On May 3, Jovani Gordon, 32, of Park Forest, was stopped for equipment and registration violations. Further investigation determined Gordon had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly for the noted violations. A notice-to-appear was provided.
MONEE
On April 30, at 12:22 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Marshawn Davis, 21, from Calumet City. Davis was charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On April 30, at 6:09 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Serdas Serbest, 29, of Glen Ellyn. Serbest was charged with no valid CDL when required and overweight on registration. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On April 30, at 9:23 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Mya Jackson, 27, from Hazel Crest. Jackson was charged with improper lighting and driving while her license is suspended. She was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On May 3, at 12:14 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Dajon Taylor, 25, of Hazel Crest. Taylor was charged with driving with one headlight, driving with a suspended registration, and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
