Louis “Boysie” Rodriguez, a hairstylist known for his warmth and humor, died March 30, 2026, in Chicago. He was 60.
He is survived by his siblings, Robert Rodriguez, Doris Poloko and Eddie Rodriguez; six nieces and nephews: Adam, Vanessa, Joseph, Rebecca, Renee and Valerie; and seven great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aurea and Louis Rodriguez.
Rodriguez was born April 12, 1965, in Chicago. As a hairstylist, he was known for helping clients feel confident and radiant. He was also passionate about music and travel.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 3, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Ave., Justice, Illinois.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
