A 76-year-old Oak Lawn woman was found dead in her home Sunday afternoon after police conducted a well-being check.
Police said they identified a person of interest in the death of the woman identified as Maryanne Buss-Kincaid by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police said they conducted a well-being search at 1:10 p.m. Sunday in the 9400 block of South 53rd Court.
Police said a caretaker found the woman unresponsive inside the residence and called police.
Oak Lawn police said the incident appears to be isolated and domestic in nature.
Police said the investigation was continuing.
