Daniel S. Michalak died March 28, 2026.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara Jamroziak; his brother-in-law, Joseph Cohen; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Ann Michalak; his parents, Walter and Lottie Michalak; and his brother, Walter Jr. Michalak.
A funeral Mass will be held Thursday, April 9, at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 820 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Interment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association are appreciated.
